WELCOME TO BOGGLED ESCAPE ROOMS!

Corporate Team Building · Calabasas

Your team. One room. Sixty minutes.

A private escape room built to be solved the way good teams actually work — split up, dig in, then bring everything back to the table. Followed by a short guided debrief with your Game Master on what just happened in there.

Why it works

A real problem, a hard deadline, no org chart

First and foremost we want your team to have a genuinely good time together away from the office. But an escape room asks for the same things a good project does — and it asks for them in the open, where everyone can see how the team responds.
01.

Communication

Information is deliberately scattered. Nobody can finish alone, so what one person finds only counts once they’ve told everyone else.
02.

Delegation

Teams that try to solve every puzzle together as one group slow right down. The ones who split the work move. That contrast is worth talking about afterward.
03.

Strengths

One person turns out to be good at numbers, another at patterns, another at spotting the thing everyone walked past. Teams start noticing this on their own.
04.

Knowing when to switch

Handing a puzzle to someone better suited to it isn’t giving up. Roles aren’t fixed in here — teams regroup and reshuffle as new challenges appear.
How our games are built

Divide and conquer, then come together

Our rooms aren’t a single line of locks to open in order. They’re designed so several people can work on different things at the same time and then have to reconcile what they’ve each learned. That structure is the reason escape rooms work as team building rather than just as an outing — and it’s what your Game Master will draw on in the debrief afterward.

Spread out

The room opens up more than any one person can hold. Teams naturally break apart and take pieces of it.

Report back

Individual finds are useless in isolation. Progress depends on people saying out loud what they've got.

Regroup and finish

The last stretch needs the whole team pointed at the same objective, with the clock visible.

Talk it through

A short facilitated discussion in the lobby: what worked, where you got stuck, how you divided things up, what you'd change.

The corporate package

$55 per person, 7 to 12 participants

One private escape room for your team, with the scheduling flexibility and the wrap-up that a work event needs and a standard booking doesn’t. Minimum 7 participants; up to 12 in a single room.

Have more than 12 people, or want teams playing separate rooms at the same time? That’s quoted individually — the configuration changes the staffing, so it changes the price.

A 60-minute escape room
Your group only, never combined with the public.
From your Game Master before the clock starts.
Including morning and daytime start times that don’t appear on our public booking calendar.
In the lead-up — group size, room choice, timing, arrival logistics.
For every participant.
In the lobby, led by the Game Master who watched you play.

Extended game time

Add 15 minutes for a 75-minute game instead of 60. In a competitive multi-team event every team gets the same allowance, so the results stay comparable.

Two games, teams switch

Teams play different rooms, then trade, so everyone plays both and you can compare results. Great fun for groups who like puzzles — two rooms back to back is genuinely demanding.

Multiple rooms at once

Split a larger group into teams playing simultaneously. Extra rooms mean extra staff and setup, so multi-room events are priced per event.

Full private buyout

The whole facility for your company. Priced on participants, rooms in use, length of the event, and the day and time you want.
More than 12 participants

Bigger group? Let's build it around you

Planning a team-building event for more than 12 participants? Contact us for a custom quote. We’ll create the best room configuration and pricing based on your group’s size, schedule, and event goals. That’s quoted individually based on your group size, room configuration, and schedule.

Questions we get

Before you send the invite

How many hints do we get, and what if we don't want any?
We don’t hand out hints unless you ask, and for a group we’d want a majority to agree they want one. Hints are scaled to what you need — a nudge in the right direction, or something more direct if you’re genuinely stuck. If your team hasn’t asked but is falling well behind, the Game Master may check in and offer. Saying no is a perfectly good answer.
Plenty of teams don’t, and it’s not the point. If you don’t finish, we’ll ask if you’d like to find out how the ending worked. Either way, there’s still plenty to talk about in the debrief.
No. Our rooms deliberately call on different skills and different ways of thinking, and nobody has to be good at all of them. Working out who’s good at what, handing things off, and pooling it is a large part of what makes this useful as team building.
Yes, and mixed teams are the norm for corporate groups. Experienced players tend to get the team moving early; first-timers notice things the veterans have learned to skip past.
The Key of Destiny is an adventure and is well lit throughout. The Ghost of Blackstone Manor is atmospheric and spooky rather than a horror experience, and it is not a blackout room — it begins dim, players are given lanterns, and one of the early challenges brings the room lighting up. It’s never completely dark.
You’re never locked in, and you can leave at any point. The opening rooms in The Key of Destiny and Ghost are smaller than the spaces that follow, though we’ve had groups of 12 and 13 in them comfortably. If someone on your team is concerned, we can leave the entry door slightly open.
Yes. Multiple rooms can run at the same time so a larger group can split into teams. We can also set up a two-game format where teams swap rooms after the first game, so everyone plays both and the results can be compared directly. Both are quoted individually.
This is why we ask groups to arrive 20 minutes early — it absorbs the one person stuck in traffic without eating into your hour. Let us know as soon as you can and we’ll do what we can, though start times may be fixed by the bookings either side of yours.
Often, yes, on weekdays. Corporate groups can arrange morning and daytime slots that don’t appear on the public booking calendar. Ask when you enquire.
We have lobby space for the post-game team discussion and we provide bottled water. We don’t have a separate meeting or party room and we don’t offer catering, so if your plan includes a meal, book somewhere nearby for afterward.
